Breastfeeding Class
Class Dates:
Mar. 4, 2025 - 10am-12pm
Set yourself up for success in those first few hours and weeks to follow! Breastfeeding has a bit of an art to it and for some it comes easily while others may struggle. Learn to be proactive in recognizing those challenges ahead of time and alleviate frustrations when they due arise.
NOTE: This class is covered in all childbirth classes. If after attending this class you choose to take childbirth class a $30 credit will be applied.

- Breastfeeding positions
- Latching properly
- Feeding Cues
- Knowing they are getting enough milk
- Common mistakes and how to avoid them
- Pumps, bottles and storing milk
- Partners involvement
- Resources for additional support
